Refund policy
Order Cancellations
Because each of our products is made-to-order, we're unable to modify designs or cancel orders once production has started. This policy also applies to pre-designed products available in our shop. However, we do offer a small window of time for changes—customers can cancel or modify their order within 4 hours of purchase. If you’ve selected the Rush order service, please note that cancellations or changes must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
After these time frames, orders and designs are considered final and can no longer be canceled.
To cancel an order, please email us with the subject line "Cancel Order <order number>" to help@sparkyneon.in within the specified time frame. This will make you eligible for a cancellation and refund.
Please note:
- Custom orders with pre-approved designs cannot be canceled, but you can modify them as many times as needed before production begins.
- If a refund is approved, it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account or original payment method after processing.
Returns/Replacement/Refunds
At Sparky Neon, we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee they are free from manufacturing defects. In the rare event that you encounter an issue, we’re here to help. We offer easy, hassle-free assistance for faulty products, including replacements or repairs after careful inspection. If you receive a defective product, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery, provided you have an unboxing video as proof.
The final decision regarding faulty products, including any refunds for the product and/or shipping costs, will be made on a case-by-case basis. This will depend on the nature of the fault and our warranty guidelines, and the decision is at the sole discretion of Sparky Neon.

Warranty on Neon LED Signs
We offer a 2 years limited warranty on Neon LED Signs purchased through our website, starting from the day of delivery. This warranty covers only the Neon Sign itself, not the adapter or any add-ons like controllers, which have their own separate warranties.
If any issue arises with your Neon Sign and it needs to be sent back to us, the shipping costs for both directions must be paid in advance by the customer. To help us determine the issue, you’ll need to provide photos and videos.
Our warranty covers the following:
- Loose connections not caused by physical damage.
- Diagnosing issues with the Neon Sign, which may involve photos/videos or shipping the product to us. We’ll guide you on the best way to get your product up and running again.
- If time is of the essence, we may suggest having a nearby electrician repair the product, and we’ll consider reimbursing the cost in genuine cases.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, electrical damage, water damage, heat damage, or any other type of damage.
- Damage caused by using high voltage or high current adapters, or direct AC electricity.
- The acrylic backing, LED light strips, silicon tubes, or color fading/shade changes.
- Variations in neon light color over time, which may result in a different shade being used in repairs. In such cases, refunds or replacements are not possible.
Warranty on Neon Sign’s Adaptor & Brightness Controller
Our adapters and brightness controllers come with a 90-day warranty, covering any factory defects that cause the product to stop working. However, any physical, water, heat, or electrical damage will void the warranty. We may ask you to cover the shipping cost for a replacement. As always, please provide photos and videos to help us assess the situation.
Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away. To help us process your claim quickly and smoothly, we ask that you record a video and take photos while unboxing the product. This documentation is crucial for ensuring an undisputed claim.
If you notice that the package is damaged, punctured, or bent, please take clear pictures of the box before opening it. These photos are essential for us to claim insurance from the shipping company.
Replacements are provided once our team has validated the submitted proof. Please note that we do not offer refunds for manufacturing defects or damaged or lost products. However, we assure you of unbiased assistance and may provide a brand-new replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction. General
We aim to make our policies as fair and clear as possible. However, if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange, or to impose additional conditions.
