How to Install Your Neon Sign on the Wall

Installing your new neon sign is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Unbox Your Package: Start by carefully unboxing your package. You should find all the necessary items inside: the Neon Sign, Adapter, Controller (if you purchased one), and a Screw Kit.
2. Position the Neon Sign: Decide where you want to place your neon sign on the wall. Hold the sign up against the wall and use the holes in the sign to mark where you’ll need to drill.
3. Drill the Holes: Next, drill holes at the marks you made on the wall. Once the holes are ready, hammer the plastic caps (included in your screw kit) into them.
4. Secure the Sign: Screw the stainless steel nuts into the plastic caps you just installed. Then, place the Neon Sign over these nuts and secure it with the bolts provided. Make sure everything is tightened up securely.
5. Connect and Power Up: Finally, plug in the adapter, connect the controller if you have one, and turn on the switch. Press the ON button on the remote, and voilà—your neon sign is up and shining!

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Dispatch and Delivery: Orders typically dispatch within 2-3 business days. Domestic delivery takes 6-8 business days, while international orders may take 7-12 days.

Custom Orders: Our products are handcrafted, so occasional delays may occur. We advise against close-deadline orders due to this.

Returns: Returns for customized products are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, in which case we will provide a replacement.

Tracking: Tracking links are sent upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

Duties & Taxes: International customers may incur additional import duties/taxes, which can be pre-paid at checkout for faster delivery or paid upon arrival.

Cancellations and Insurance: Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once placed. Parcels are insured for loss or damage during transit.

Static Neon Sign Warranty: A limited 2-year warranty is provided from the day of Invoice. This warranty covers only the Neon Sign itself (not including adapters or controllers).

FloMo, RGB and Water Resistant Neon Sign Warranty: A limited 1-year warranty is provided from the day of Invoice.

Covered Issues:

• Manufacturing defects, such as loose connections not due to physical damage.
• Troubleshooting assistance, which may include diagnostic support via photos/videos or shipping the product back to us.
• For urgent cases, a local electrician's repairs may be considered for reimbursement (only in verified cases).

Not Covered:

• Physical, water, heat, or electrical damage.
• Damage due to high voltage or improper adapters.
• Non-sign components like the acrylic backing, LED light strips, or silicon tubes.
• Expected color fading or shade variation over time

Adapter & Controller Warranty: Adapters and brightness controllers are covered for 180 days against factory defects. This warranty excludes physical, water, or electrical damage. Shipping costs for replacements may be required from the customer.

Claim Process:

• For all warranty claims, photos and videos must be provided for assessment.
• Customer is responsible for advance payment of shipping costs for any returns.

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of purchase (1 hour for Rush orders). After this window, orders are final. Custom orders with pre-approved designs are non-cancellable but can be modified before production begins.
• How to Cancel: Email us at help@sparkyneon.in with the subject line “Cancel Order <order number>” within the allowed time.
• Exceptions: Custom orders with approved designs cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Manufacturing Defects: If your product has a defect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
• Inspection Required: Refunds or replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis after inspection and verification of the issue.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
• Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for variations in neon color over time, custom products after design approval, or for lost or damaged packages during shipping.
• Damages & Issues: Inspect your product upon delivery. For damage claims, provide an unboxing video without any pause and clear photos of any external package damage before opening.
• Unboxing Video Required: For defective items, an unboxing video is necessary to support any refund claims.
• Note: Refunds are not offered for manufacturing defects; however, we may replace faulty items after validating submitted proof.
